Cardon specializes in fresh Trinidad tunas. We import between 500-800 head per week. The great thing about Cardon’s tunas is the quality, consistency and knowing that we will have fresh inventory everyday. You can always rely on Cardon.
In addition to tuna, Cardon is a major player in swordfish and mahi, mainly sourced out of Ecuador and Costa Rica. We also import snapper, grouper and by-catch items like: golden corvina, triple tail and wahoo.
